When you arrive in the Netherlands, accommodation is provided. We work with a specialised partner that provides accommodation in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
All accommodation is SNF-certified (Stichting Normering Flexwonen), ensuring safe, high-quality and inspected living conditions.
Support from day one
On their first day at work, employees are welcomed by our team. We help arrange all the important formalities, such as a BSN number, bank account and health insurance.
We also provide 24/7 support for any questions related to work, accommodation and transport. With us, you are never on your own.
ABU membership
Flexspecialisten has been a member of the Dutch Association of Private Employment Agencies (ABU) for many years. With more than 500 members representing around 65% of the market, ABU is the largest employers’ organisation in the temporary employment sector in the Netherlands.
Our CEO, Tomas Sijpestijn, served on the ABU board for around 20 years. He was also a long-standing member of the collective bargaining delegation and is currently active on ABU’s international committee.
ABU aims to strengthen the value of temporary employment in the labour market and meet the expectations of policymakers and other stakeholders. ABU members increase employment opportunities and offer temporary employees genuine prospects for the future by providing a reliable and safe working environment.
