We are looking for a Housing Maintenance Technician in Oss (the Netherlands). If you are practical, responsible and able to carry out minor repairs and maintain accommodation – this job is for you!
Your role at Factram
As a Housing Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining accommodation. Your main tasks will be visiting accommodation according to the daily schedule and ensuring it remains in good technical condition.
You will also report faults to the maintenance manager, carry out minor repairs and help reduce accommodation maintenance costs. In addition, you will perform initial and final inspections, check inventory, make purchases according to the manager’s instructions and complete reports.
Work environment
The work takes place in the Oss region at various accommodation locations. Every day can be different – the work is dynamic and requires independence, organisation and responsibility. You will work together with the maintenance manager and other responsible staff.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who has:
- Communicative English skills;
- A driving licence (category B);
- Practical skills in repairs, installation or technical work;
- A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
- The ability to work independently and good organisational skills;
- Willingness to work outdoors.
