Job description
Logistics worker / order picker / packer. You will work in a modern production environment where food products are packed and prepared for distribution.
Responsibilities:
- Packing and filling food products (e.g. sweets, soups, drinks and other food products)
- Operating packaging equipment
- Product quality control
- Simple logistics tasks such as scanning, moving and placing goods
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Polish is sufficient (English would be an advantage, but is not required)
- Motivation and willingness to work
- Carefulness and responsibility
- Willingness to work on a long-term basis (at least 6 months)
- Production experience would be an advantage
- Your own protective work footwear
Working hours:
- Monday – Friday (sometimes Saturdays)
- Two-shift system: 07:30–16:30 and 16:30–01:15
- Initially, you will only work the day shift
- Approximately 36–40 working hours per week
- 1 hour of breaks per day (divided into 3 parts)
Environment and transport:
- Clean production environment that meets food industry standards
- Wearing a hairnet is mandatory
- Indoor temperature above 16°C (depending on the department)
- Parking is available
Salary:
€15.08 gross per hour, paid weekly.
Overtime above 40 hours: 125%.
Saturday work: 150%.
