Work Force has been active in the market since April 2004. We are an employment agency offering legal employment opportunities in Lithuania and the Netherlands, approved by the Minister of Labour.
We have been operating continuously in the Netherlands since 11 November 1993. Following our merger with Temp Solution in January 2007, we now operate as Tempsolution Flexspecialisten Nederland B.V.
When you choose our agency, we take care of accommodation, insurance and transportation to the Netherlands as well as transportation directly to the workplace. We support our employees from Lithuania throughout the process, while all formalities related to starting work are handled by our office in Poland.
