Every month, Flexspecialisten highlights a temporary worker who makes a difference in the workplace. Someone who stands out through motivation, commitment and teamwork. This month, this recognition goes to Greta Kazlauskaite, who works at Bleckmann in the B2B Special Projects department. Since May 2025, Greta has shown what it means to be a reliable, motivated and consistent employee. That is exactly why she fully deserves this title.
Always quality, always focused
Every day, Greta works as an order picker and packer. She picks orders and prepares them for shipment to customers. It is a job that requires speed, accuracy and responsibility – exactly the areas in which Greta excels.
What makes her stand out is the way she works.
“I pay close attention to what I do and how I work with people. I try to understand situations and solve them myself.”
She works with focus, thinks ahead and remains calm even when the pace of work becomes intense. As a result, she works not only quickly but also to an exceptionally high standard, even when tasks become more challenging.
Greta picks and packs orders with great accuracy, which is very important for Bleckmann’s customers.

Within the Bleckmann team, Greta is known as a motivated, positive employee who is eager to learn. She takes on tasks without hesitation and carefully completes everything entrusted to her – without complaining.
Working with Greta is very smooth. She is reliable, pleasant to communicate with and easy to work with as part of a team. She maintains good contact with the coordinators, shows understanding and is always ready to help wherever needed.
Greta is also a source of stability in the workplace. She is always punctual, well organised and takes her responsibilities seriously. This makes her a colleague people can rely on. And perhaps just as importantly, Greta brings energy. With her friendly attitude and constant smile, she creates a positive atmosphere within the team.
Continuous development
Greta wants to keep moving forward. She continuously develops herself and takes advantage of opportunities whenever they arise. She recently obtained her OPT certificate and had previously already obtained her forklift licence. In addition, she continues to grow in her work, for example by solving problems and helping colleagues.
Her communication skills are also continuously improving.

Living and working in the Netherlands
Greta currently lives in accommodation where she feels comfortable. The atmosphere is pleasant and the people around her are friendly. She experiences working in the Netherlands as clear and accessible. Of course, there have also been challenges, such as adapting to the culture and food. However, the positive experiences outweigh everything else. During her time here, she has built a broad social circle and now feels at home.
Moving forward step by step
For Greta, the future is not a strictly planned path, but rather about recognising opportunities and continuing to grow. She is open to new challenges and embraces them in her own way.
