Florin Mihalache started his career at Flexspecialisten as a driver, transporting flex workers between their accommodation and workplace. Looking for a new challenge
After four years as a driver, Florin felt ready for a new challenge. He wanted to continue developing himself and take on more responsibility within the organization. After successfully completing the application process, Florin made the transition from driver to Flexsupport. A step that gave him the opportunity to combine his practical knowledge with a new way of supporting others.
No two days are the same
In his current role, Florin supports both flex workers and clients at Jumbo Raalte, Boni Supermarkten and Bleckmann Twente on a daily basis. He answers questions, helps resolve operational challenges, supports planning and ensures that daily processes continue to run smoothly.
It is precisely this variety that appeals to him. No two days are exactly the same. This requires flexibility, the ability to respond quickly and the skills to find solutions when unexpected situations arise.

According to Florin, the biggest challenge in his current role is dealing with unexpected situations. Sometimes problems need to be solved quickly while services for flex workers and clients still need to continue as usual.
