Cookies

To function properly, this website uses cookies. These cookies are sent along with the website pages you visit and are stored on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies allow settings and preferences to be saved and help provide a convenient browsing experience.

If you wish, you can manage cookies through your browser settings. Please note that changing your cookie settings may affect the functionality of certain parts of the website.

Use of personal data

Your data is collected in various ways. This happens when you complete forms on our website, provide information by email or telephone, or register at one of our offices.

We collect data for various reasons, for example to comply with legal obligations, properly administer employment or placement agreements, or better tailor our services to your needs. With your consent, we aim to match employees’ qualifications with employers’ needs as effectively as possible.

During registration, you may be asked to provide the following information:

  • Contact details, first name, surname, address and place of residence, age, date of birth and gender.
  • Identity document details: nationality, national identification number and work permit details.
  • Curriculum vitae (CV), including information about education, internships and work experience.
  • Information about training and professional development.
  • Information about your availability for work and references.

If you enter into an employment agreement with us, additional information may be requested for payroll and sickness absence administration purposes.

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.

Your rights

You have the right to be informed about how and why your personal data is processed. You also have the right to access your data and request that it be corrected.

At your request, we will delete your data if there are no legal grounds for retaining it. You also have the right to request that the processing of your data be restricted. If you wish, your data can be transferred to you or another data controller in a commonly used, structured and machine-readable format.

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. By providing your data, you consent to its use for the purposes described in this policy, but you may withdraw your consent at any time.

Third parties

In addition to WorkForce, your data may be shared with third parties where necessary. These may include, for example, payroll administration service providers or clients offering jobs that may be of interest to you.

These parties are required to comply with contractual obligations and confidentiality requirements. Personal data is only shared on the basis of a legitimate interest, legal obligation or the performance of a contract.

Data retention period

If you register with us, your personal data will be retained for 2 years. At the end of this period, we will ask for your written consent to extend the retention period by another year.

During registration, you also provide your identification details. If you do not consent to longer data retention and no employment agreement is concluded, this data will be retained for no longer than 1 year.

Our experience shows that a first placement is often not the last. To provide efficient service and avoid collecting the same information again, we retain your information for a certain period of time.

If you are or have been our employee, we are required to comply with statutory requirements. Your personal data will be retained for up to 2 years after the end of your employment. Certain data may be retained for longer where required by tax or other legislation.

Data security

We make every effort to protect your personal data to the highest possible standard. All information provided is treated as strictly confidential. Strict procedures and technical and organisational security measures are in place for this purpose.
