Finding the right job is important. But feeling comfortable, supported and valued once you start working is just as important. That is why we regularly ask our employees about their experiences. Through our Employee Satisfaction Survey, we gain valuable insight into what is going well and where we can continue to improve as an employer.

The latest results show an overall satisfaction score of 8.0. A result we are proud of, but more importantly, one that helps us understand what matters most to our employees.

A job that matches your expectations

Starting a new job comes with certain expectations. You want to know what the work involves, what you can expect from the workplace and whether the information you received during your application matches reality.

Our employees gave this aspect of the recruitment process a score of 8.3.

For us, this confirms the importance of clear and honest communication from the very first contact. We want candidates to know what they are applying for, so they can make an informed decision before starting their new job.

Happy at work

One of the strongest results in the survey is the satisfaction of employees with their current job, which received a score of 8.5.

These results are especially important to us. Recruitment does not stop when someone starts their first working day. A successful match also means finding a workplace where someone feels comfortable, knows what is expected and can do their job with confidence.

Clarity about working hours

For many employees, the number of hours they can work is an important part of choosing a job. It provides clarity, stability and helps them know what they can expect from their income.

In our survey, employees rated their satisfaction with the number of hours they work with an 8.2.

This is important to us because good employment is not only about finding someone a suitable job, but also about making sure the working situation meets the expectations discussed beforehand.

Clear communication and personal support

Good communication plays an important role throughout the entire employment period.

Employees rated communication with Flexsupport with an 8.4, while our overall communication also received a strong score of 8.2.

Whether it is a question about work, planning, administration or everyday practical matters, we want employees to know where they can turn for support. Being accessible and providing clear information are therefore important parts of how we work.

Why we keep asking for feedback

An Employee Satisfaction Survey is about more than receiving a good score.

By regularly asking employees about their experiences, we can see where our approach is working and where there is still room for improvement. This helps us make better choices about communication, guidance, working conditions and the services surrounding employment. And that process never really stops.

Good employment means continuing to listen, learn and improve. The feedback from our employees helps us do exactly that.

Because finding people a job is only the beginning. We want to contribute to a positive work experience throughout the entire journey.
